Perhaps if you had an awesome idea, and you register, and then you don't see how to post. Yet clearly in the help section it says you can.

That...was very difficult to read... Well, they can post in the intros section. And, if they were so smart to come up with the awesome idea, then they should be smart enough to look at the rules to figure out how to post. OR, in the welcome pm, it could say, "LOOK IN RULES TO FIND OUT HOW TO GAIN ACCESS TO THE FORUM" It feels quite good actually. Almost impossible to do, and hardly worth the effort just so people randomly copy + paste the rules or leave.
