I'm currently still making my next set of color palletes Since I'm probably not going to be posting them for a while longer, I'm gonna just post the best color palette early cuz it's amazing. This color palette deserves its own post. It's my favorite! N64 Fire Luigi THE BEST COLOR PALETTE: show Comparable Version Open this box second.: show . . Open this box first.: show You may be curious as to how I've managed make a Fire Luigi color palette that doesn't have light blue skin. The answer is... I don't know. I was trying to make a Waluigi color palette and then I increased the green and BAM, Fire Luigi! Nah, I'm just messing with you (tbh, that actually was how I made it). The actual reason is because this color palette only inverts the color blue. Now, let me be serious with you for a second. Inverting only one or two of the colors is an extremely unexplored technique. Can you people try experimenting with this more? It has a lot of interesting properties. I'd love to see what you people can do when inverting only one color! Oh, and just in case there were any doubts, inverting only one color in a color palette does work in SSF2. So, since there is ten costumes for each character in SSF2 (excluding Game & Watch who has 20), I think it would be nice to share my costume ideas for the fighters! Here is Mario and Kirby to start my ideas off:
Mario Costume Ideas: 1. Original (Red): Based off his appearances in all the Mario games following Super Mario World. 2. Brown: Based off Foreman Spike from the NES title Wrecking Crew. 3. White: Based off Fire Mario. 4. Blue: Based off Mario's appearance in the arcade version of Mario Bros. 5. Striped: Based off Mario's appearance in NES Tournament Golf. 6. Green: Based off Luigi's appearance in promotional artwork for the arcade version of Mario Bros. 7. Light Blue: Based off Mario's appearance for the Game Boy Advanced port of Mario Bros. 8. Purple: Based off Mario's appearance in Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door where he equips both the L Emblem and the W Emblem. Has it's appearance from the official games. 9. Turquoise: Based off Ice Mario. (Brown overalls change to red.) 10. Black: Based as a referee in Tennis for the NES. Kirby Costume Ideas: 1. Original (Pink): Based off his appearance from Kirby's Adventure, which gave him his signature pink look with red shoes. 2. Red: Based off the Player 3 Kirby in Kirby and the Amazing Mirror and the red spray paint found in both Kirby and the Amazing Mirror and Kirby Squeak Squad. 3. Ocean: Based off the ocean spray paint found in both Kirby and the Amazing Mirror and Kirby Squeak Squad. 4. Emerald: A new color swap for Kirby based off the emerald spray paint found in both Kirby and the Amazing Mirror and Kirby Squeak Squad. Replaces the Kirby Fighters Deluxe all-green color scheme for Kirby and gives him a glossy green body and orange feet. 5. Yellow: Based off the Player 2 Kirby in Kirby and the Amazing Mirror and the yellow spray paint found in both Kirby and the Amazing Mirror and Kirby Squeak Squad. 6. Orange: Based off the orange spray paint found in both Kirby and the Amazing Mirror and Kirby Squeak Squad. 7. Grape: A new color swap for Kirby based off the grape spray paint found in both Kirby and the Amazing Mirror and Kirby Squeak Squad. Replaces the Kirby Fighters Deluxe purple costume and changes the tone on the purple body to make it lighter. Also changes the feet color to a reddish-brown. 8. Cherry: A new color swap for Kirby based off the cherry spray paints found in both Kirby and the Amazing Mirror and Kirby Squeak Squad. Gives Kirby a pink body and green feet. 9. Ivory: A new color swap for Kirby based off the ivory spray paint only found in Kirby Squeak Squad. Gives Kirby a white body and brown feet. 10. Shadow: A new color swap for Kirby based off Shadow Kirby in Kirby and the Amazing Mirror and the shadow spray paint exclusive to Kirby Squeak Squad. Gives Kirby a dark grey body and black feet. Jigglypuff skins would be cool, but I like the last skin with the retro high saturation style, but the rest of the recolored skins are hideous here are a couple ideas:
The standard hats: -The green headband -The nightcap -The Flower -The Big back Bow -The Pokemon Center lady hat -The sunhat A couple cool Ideas: -Focus sash for a headband (literaly just a red/orange headband) -A tiny witch hat tilted to the side -Black and neon Blue Gamer Cat headsets Also I know it contradics with kirby;s copy abilities but it would be adorable if we can give kirby a marx hat/ |

So, speaking of hats, what about Goku with a Halo? I'd like to see that someday, and i suppose it'd be easier to make since it's not "attached" to his body like it would for most other hats, it just floats above his head
