Funny thing, but I actually made a moveset for Roll on these forums in the event that she was added to SSF2.

That being said, I REALLY hope the devs don't overlook her just because Zero or something. Not saying I don't want Zero or anything, but Roll HAS been playable in a couple of fighting games, so...

I believe they have stated before that Knuckles will not be in, but then again, they have made fools of us before, so...

I doubt Kratos would make it due to him not being very popular... Heck I never heard of him. And Lloyd made it into the game primarily because Cleod himself loves Lloyd so much. I doubt Diddy Kong would make it in because he is hated by all sm4sh fans for some reason. I doubt Riku will make it, probably someone else from KS. Snake is kind of possible, we did get Shadow Moses Island in the last version, however it was removed...

My guess would be:
Conker the Squirrel WHY DO YOU GUESS THIS, Conker would be extremely difficult to make a cool moveset for, and is barely known by most people.
Crash Bandicoot This is probable
Dark Pit About a year ago I would have said no way, but they're adding Pichu, so Dark Pit is possible.
Dr. Mario See Dark Pit.
Duck Hunt I doubt it, but it might happen.
Frogger Nonononononno, this will never happen
Hamtaro You have a thing for small animals.
Jago (Killer Instinct) So far we haven't got any characters from other fighters, so I doubt he'll make it.
Pocky (Pocky & Rocky) headdesk
Popeye double headdesk
Rayman Ehhhh, maybe.
Roll (Mega Man) probably
Roy (Fire Emblem) I don't think Roy will make it seeing as they completely avoid talking about FE characters, and people hate Swordies right now.
Sir Arthur (Ghosts 'n Goblins) Ehhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
