Iirc, it's possible to play SSF2 through Puffin. Not that you should, because its slow as all hell and the control scheme couldn't be worse suited to the game. Stick to the regular version, Smash is not a phone game.

They intend to look into it once the game is complete. It's still far from completion though. So just stick with the regular version.
