Seth Very odd name for a "goon". I came up with the name first...
A somewhat tall white dude with preppy hair. How detailed. This was the part I ran out of time on.
Alignment: His boss I don't even see the point in this. You can easily enough include this in his backgro- Yeah, good point.
Weakness: No sense of flair, can be easily made fun of. Flair? Being made fun of? Is this character literally made as joke? Only kind of.

Seth weilds a microphone with 5 buttons. By pressing the buttons in a variety of combinations, he can transform it into a variety of weapons including a katana, a morningstar, brass plastic knuckles, a kusari-gama, and a proton cannon. Okay so what the f#%$&. A microphone? It's like you took this straight from some sort of crazy Japanese book about randomness. I digress. A lot of spelling errors here and a lot of nonsense as well. I can't imagine a katana blade coming out of a microphone, much less a huge spiked ball, "plastic" knuckles (what the f#%$& is that is it suppose to be some inside joke or something?), and a f#%$& PROTON CANNON. I won't even bother to run that third weapon through a generator. I'm not seeing any spelling errors. Examples?

Seth is like a mercenary, but he is permanently employed by his boss, Black Recluse (who works for NickKun Bentel, who works for Ej Ferailo). If he's permanently employed, he's a bodyguard or a goon, not a merc. I can imagine with greater detail that food chain could possibly be a selling point as it allows for some interesting backgrou- And I will elaborate on it later.

He seems to take joy in his work, but this is a faćade. Random and seemingly useless information. I suppose you have a point there.

In a fight, he tries to set his opponent up for a huge combo, and tricks them by using a heavy attack. This is basically "My List of Attacks: Only I can godmode it as much as I see fit Godmode?

Appearance: Jumpsuit made to look like a business suit, but really meant for SCUBA-diving. More nonsense. How the f#%$& would one tailor a business suit from a jumpsuit, anyway? A bit of creativity but it wouldn't make any sense in the real world; which I can only assume you're aiming for with this character. I was half asleep, this part is all wrong. I'll fix it.

No one knows his history, but Recluse ensures he is completely trustworthy. What. No really, what. What the f#%$&. Is this because you "ran out of time" or because you were too goddamn lazy?Kind of both.
