Are they going to keep his Neutral special though. I mean, there's a blue-ninja-fox who stole it.

Shadow Ball works a bit differently from Aura Sphere so I think they would keep it. I actually want them to keep it.

I really hope he has the same base moveset from melee, but obviously change/buff what needs to be changed/buffed. Mainly his Side B and Down B should actually, y'know, do something.

I can see Side B working like Rosalina's gravitational pull.
I don't remember if DownB does anything if used in midair but they could make it so that it puts the opponent in helpless mode. Personally I would'nt mind if they kept it the way it worked in Melee, it reminds me a bit of Nosferatu

His Side B simply spins the opponent, and his Down B simply stuns them. That's it. Doesn't do much damage at all, maybe if they made those two do more damage they'd be more useful

IMO Wii U smash is very underwhelming when it comes to any bit of content outside of multiplayer. There could've been so much more to it, but what's there really doesn't hold up compared to either Melee or Brawl's singleplayer modes.

well, no, but it was cool that the other games have all had fun single player things to do. maybe it would have helped cover for the fact that the multiplayer isnt fun either.

Smash WiiU is only a bit of a drag single-player wise because I already did everything on the 3DS version, and didn't get any reward on the WiiU version.
