Basically SSF2 Falco is a mix of Brawl and Melee Falco, I don't see anything about Smash 4 Falco being in this move set. Even the Devs confirmed that Falco doesn't have any of his Smash 4 moveset, just Brawl and Melee

Well I thought that his Fire Bird in Melee travels shorter than Fire Fox, so that's why I thought it was both Melee and Brawl. Plus in Brawl, Fire Bird does multiple hits while Melee works just like Fire Fox, and put of seeing Falco gameplays in SSF2, his up special is just like Fire Fox, so it's from Melee with Brawl's distance if you ask me

Well the devs think that the Smash 4 up smash and back air are "too slow" and made him Melee and Brawl.... like they make SSF2 mostly based on Brawl....

Wait, I have a theory, the devs made SSF2 more Brawl because of they're probably fans of Brawl, they may have Pit and Pac-Man have their SSB4 Movesets but guess what Brawl SFX plays when you hit your opponent. I have seen Sonic's new moveset, he is Smash 4 Sonic with his Sonic Eagle forward air but guess what, he still has his Brawl voice because the devs probably like his "You're too slow" taunt than "Sonic Speed" and Brawl SFX still plays when you hit an opponent. I like Smash 4 better than Brawl, I really do, but we all have different opinions. Some people think that SSF2 is based off from PM, no it's not, it's clearly based on Brawl. Oh I forgot to mention Bowser, who has his Brawl moveset but he's better in Smash 4, I mean he has his smash 4 running and jumping animations but the rest is all Brawl, believe me. Some people like Brawl Bowser because "He looks more terrifying", that's not a good reason, to have a good reason, you have to see who's better in Brawl or Smash 4. Smash 4 basically buffed most of the veterans from Brawl, but in SSF2 on the other hand, all I see is 80% Brawl and 20% the other Smash games, the devs won't bother adding some Smash 4 SFX because they're just Brawl fanboys, I'm not trying to be rude but I'm just saying. Otherwise, SSF2 is probably the best Smash fan game yet
