Bike Shop Owner: HELLO, valued costumers! Say, could I interest you in a shiny, new, light blue bike? Or maybe even some roller skates. How about a Mach Bike, imported from Hoenn, hmmmmmm?

(Guess I should've said before: Side Quests work like time-based events. Some Side Quests are available at one point, and another takes its place after someone takes it. Example: Roul took the Injured Archen SQ, so a new one (which has to do with the Preschooler) showed up)

Roul gladly payed the man and turned to Willie on the bike. "Battle me!" She said.

Kris looked confused...Elekids don't evolve at Level 23

Kris wonder into Seedly Town, and saw Willie and Roul about to battle.

Kris: (Well, this should be interesting, but first)

Kris: "Any of you fancy doing a quick trade, I believe one is required to evolve one of my Pokémon?"

Seedly Town-

Random Trainer: You need to trade that fast, eh? What did you get, an Abra? *walks off*
Random Trainer #2: Sorry, I've got trust issues in games like this *walks by*

Willie: Plus, wouldn't it not be very fun, just to destroy me again? I-I mean, your Eevee is s-so much stronger.. you don't care, do you?

*walks up to Willie and Roul*

Kris: "Oh, hey Timid. Fancy a quick trade before your battle?"

Roul scratched her head. "One more level and it will be an Espeon!" She said. "Don't worry about losing any money."

Willie: *sigh* F-fine. *sees Kris* Hi, Kris. Hold on, sh-she's really excited. *sends a battle request*
Whismur: Whis-whismur (Alright, fine)

(I think it's a bit early for an Electivire, considering we haven't beaten the first gym yet. Maybe Gym 3 or 4. Electabuzz would also be unrealistic, but in at least Gem 2 and 4, you can get Level 15 Electabuzz/Magmar, so yeah. As for Espeon, many Let's payers are able to get Espeon really early.

Also, the gym (while levels don't matter, just a measure of expected strength, Blaze's Pokemon are Levels 13-16)
