Like. The title. Should there be an alternate "URL" command that makes it so a new tab comes up as opposed to using the one that MG's being used for. I often click a link then forget how I got here or what happened to my MG tab.

The only thing that throws me off is how it'd look different.

Its not exactly hard to just cycle through and find what you're looking for, regardless, putting the title of a topic before McleodGaming in the tab title is probably a good idea.

I meant the URL tag.
But that's a good idea too.

Yeah, I know, just saying it'd be a bit convenient to not have to right-click every time. Especially with a s*** laptop pad..

Just ctrl+click, when you use a mouse pad do you really use two hands? xD

Oh, ctrl + click.
I suppose. I'll keep this up just in case though.

Middle-clicking should also work. But yeah, I'll see if I can look into getting URLs to open in new tab by default, I agree they should

This might be a feature of Firefox, but whenever I click on a link, it opens in a new tab.

It might be a setting for you, I use Firefox too and links open in the same window here. The code is missing the new window part, so I have to figure out where in the code the URL tag gets parsed (I'm having trouble finding it)

To be honest, people should get into the habit of ctrl+clicking or any other method anyways... not every single website has this feature so I'm no sure why we reallllyyy need it.

links opening in a new tab shouldn't be default for MG, because the user should have the option to open it wherever they like.
right now if they want to open it in a new tab, they can ctrl+click or middle click, and just click on it normally if they don't.

if you make left click open it in a new tab, then they lose that option to open it in the current tab, and even if you implement some key combination that opens it in current tab, it becomes counter-intuitive because it'll be the exact opposite of what happens on every other website. this really shouldn't be implemented.

^ I'm going to go with this, I'm not having any luck where this code is buried for the URL tag, and middle clicking doesn't take much effort
