Ok...

If you're telling the truth, it was kind of silly to use your ability on Night 1. At this point in the game a death would have been useful because of the information it would have provided. Barring investigation results, we are now at the same point we were at the end of Day 1. Not ideal. Would have been much better mid-game.

Second, that is without a doubt the easiest claim to fake in the history of ever. Let's say you're mafia. Nothing much happens on Day 1, so instead of killing and giving the town information, you decide to forgo the kill in favour of setting up a safe claim. No kill happened, so claiming one-shot super doctor is not only believable, it relieves you of all further obligation. The mafia has nothing to lose and everything to gain by doing this. One of them scores town ponints at the expense of a death that doesnt matter because the fact that there was no death means that the town is essentially still playing Day 1. It's way too convenient.

Vote: King Arthur

Arthur. If you are telling the truth then you are, in the kindest words possible, an idiot.

Didn't use an ability last night, it seems like something better suited for later in the game.

That being said, what king arthur says he did is incredibly un town like. Just as brik said, it keeps the town at a stand still, and would have given him a buff (if he is indeed mafia). On top of that, it's "one shot", meaning there is no actual way for him to prove himself. That wouldn't be productive for mafia since they need kills, so calling it one shot may have seemed smart on paper but it could be one of the largest issues with the power. Personally I think he is lying, and at this point it'd be nice if we got the bar rolling.

Vote: King Arthur

An in depth explanation would be nice, arthur. If you are town, what made you think it would be smart to use it at this point in the game?

I also still have my eyes on Terra for reasons mentioned previously. I'm going to read back and see if there is any sort of link between him and KA.

Did anyone investigate anybody?

I'll vote for Arthur if we are in dire need for some meat to pick for day 3, but I want the rest of the people to pan out, first, might learn something interesting.

Alright, reads list:

Town:
Brik: He's doing a lot to keep the game going, and pushing it along.
Somewhat null but still worth explaining why:
Terra: Right now it's incredibly confusing to tell what side of the coin he could end up on. He always is a bit difficult to tell, but this time it's even harder.
Scum:
Nixter: "I decided to make a trap for the naive even if there are no naive and I knew it had no chance of working but it could have worked even with no chance so I did it"
Null:
Everyone else: I'll try to re-read and get some more reads done.

This is all I could find, aside from insignificant group mentions in terra's bloated posts. I could be reading too deeply into it, but notice how he has strong opinions for town/scum, but points out that he's undecided on Terra, while giving everyone else null. Isn't null just another word for undecided and not enough information? Why make a vauge section pointing him out? Could it be maybe that he feels as scum they should have some sort of public interaction so they can be grouped separately? So nobody can say "well king arthur and terra don't communicate in game" and use that as a segway for raising suspicion? Just grasping at straws here, but I feel like the possibility is worth discussing.

Yeah, that's reasonable. We should get everyone's input on this situation.

If he's telling the truth, then I agree with everyone else that it wasn't used at a good time in the game. It reminds me a bit of Breaking Bad mafia when he used his lightning rod ability on the first night and, as I recall, that resulted in lots of confusion.

After all the flak he got over using it Night 1 in that game, I would think that he'd learn his lesson and actually think about when an important ability like that should be used in future games.

That is why I honestly don't believe his claim.

Preedit: Thanks for ramseying me, Ninja.

Also, I think he's at L-3 now.

Alright.

Honestly, it really could be a super convenient claim, there is no doubt about that, but if you look at it in Arthur's shoes, he could have figured, "Well if we didn't get anyone today, I better just make sure no one dies tonight to keep it all even" It wouldn't be a smart move, yes, but in all honesty this, without second thought, would seem like a good town move, it's possible he wanted wanted as many towns to survive from a night in which the day had no lynches. This is the reason I'm not voting quite yet, because while it would be a stupid move, it could have been an impulsive one.

Lessons learnt the hard way doesn't mean bad habits never come back, and I think he would associate that saying you did something with bad timing is as bad as doing something with bad timing, in terms of reaction from the town.

The big difference I thought it would make in this situation, though, is that we could avoid losing townies on N1, when we didn't catch any scum, either. There is a difference between nobody dying and all night actions being redirected to one person, when it comes to confusion, too. I would have stated my intent to use it yesterday, however, if I did, I would most likely have been roleblocked.

I'll get to responding to everything else soon.
