Didn't really notice tbh, Riku tends to level up faster than Sora for me.

Riku gets much, much better skills than Sora. (except Superglide/Glide)

Riku gets a 100% invincibility Roll that also looks good, and a 360 degree barrier.

Sora gets a block. and Slide roll which is okay but s*** against Julius

Honestly I think Xemnas was the hardest endboss. Granted, I haven't fought this Julius guy yet, but still.

He's in Fountain Court, and when you beat him you get Ultima Weapon. (I recommend defeating all of the Secret Portals, ie Boss fights first to get the max hp and the Unbound Keyblade). Balloon spells work really well on him

Is there anything actually important to the over all story line in this game?

Because I haven't play BBS or Coded yet, and I'm really confused on what's happening in the story at this point.

There's this cool feature called memento which explains what happens in the previous games with text. The overall importance is both a technical and story-wise prelude to KH3, so it's implying KH3 will be played like this (Flowmotion). The story just is the buildup to KH3 and it is about Riku's growth as a character moreso than Sora's.

In BBS Xehenort takes over Terra's body, Aqua gets trapped in the realm of darkness(I think it was called) Ventus' heart gets lost and it finds Sora and goes to sleep in him(where it's been all this time, until Sora became a heartless and Roxas was born, and since he had no heart and all that time Sora had two, when Sora got his heart back, instead of getting back Ventus' heart too, that one got put in Roxas.

In Coded some crap happens to Jimminy's journal that ends up in the journals memory of Naminé revealing some memories Sora had that aren't his, but Ventus'(? all she said is that they weren't his, and you could see them and they were about the BBS protagonists).

I haven't played this game so I couldn't tell you what's going on.

The story is just as stupid and ridiculous as one would come to expect of a Kingdom Hearts game. Almost seems like it's supposed to be a parody of itself.

And I'm still not sure about some aspects of it. Still, it's a great game and it's easy enough to wrap your mind around the story by the end, so it's gotta be played.

All that really matters in coded (story wise) is the contents of the letter at the end of KH2 and the existence of the Data-worlds (KH3D expands on that slightly).

Also, I realized that Xehanort was putting his heart into others since BBS, I mean, when you first see Braig he has blue eyes and normal ears, then when you see him at the Keyblade Graveyard he has yellow eyes and pointy ears

Just got the game and I absolutely love flow motion, attacking with style couldn't be any easier. The story seems kind of complicated, but I get the basic gist of it. The game also looks and runs well. The only problem I probably have with the game is the voice acting.

Is it actually worth buying a 3DS? Because I can't seem to find a ROM for it. I can't play it legally on my DS.
