Sure I have a green hood, a master sword, and a princess named Zelda, but the formula is all wrong. What is this crap about ...'renting' your items, before you even go to a temple? Zelda games are fun because of learning how new items work with old ones to solve puzzles. I've just got to Lorule and so far the only time something like that happens is in the Wisdom Temple when you can use the bow to actually skip part of two of the puzzles that actually want you to solve them another way. All the wonder and mystery is taken out of the Temples, you don't ever see a part were you go "what in the world can I possible find to solve this puzzle" you just hit X (or Y) and move on. Like the big springs, if I didn't have a hammer I'd be so confused. Instead I saw the little ones that are mandatory in the beginning pop back up after hitting them once and solved the whole temple right there. No aha! moment just kinda an oh... moment. I didn't feel the instant gratification of solving the first half of the temple, getting the temple item, and then figuring out all those little places that were just odd before.
Someone tell me I didn't just blow $40 on the worst Zelda game ever. Tell me a better villain arrives, tell me the 'walking on walls thing' evolves so I haven't already mastered it, please tell me temples will require more than some sword swinging and press X to move on.
Gonna go play 2-3 more temples, and if they suck, I'll probably just cry for a couple of hours. | | | | |
I can say that the last boss is a big joke with the Magic/fire rod. My friend (A real zelda fan) told me not to buy it and if I want to play to just ask him if I can borrow it. I didn't tried it yet, I just beat the final boss.

Well, that's no fun at all.
But I'll tell you what is fun: this game.

I'll defend Link Between Worlds tooth an nail. It's the best portable Zelda game to ever get a release, dethroning the utterly fantastic Minish Cap.
The freedom in choosing dungeons and the item rentals were entertaining changes. Maybe not permanent ones I'd like, but I'm more than happy to have them in this game. It's also one of the few games to really build off its predecessor, one of the few games Ganon comes up as not just a villain, but a legendary figure. The characters are all VERY loveable, it is the first Zelda game I can really say I cared about rescuing individual sages in (Especially Irene). And Yuga's a freaking awesome villain. I will not permit any arguing on this.
And of course there's the big twist at the end...

To be honest if you didn't see 'that twist' coming from miles away you may have some form of eye damage. It became very obvious very quickly, if you ask me. I gotta say I personally don't agree that all the characters were lovable (like, the Zora Queen barely even interacts with you, same goes for most stages and the townsfolk) or that Yuga was 'an awesome villain' (he felt more like a 'lackey' version of Ghirahim to me), but you're entitled to your opinion.

Unfortunately haven't played A Link Between Worlds yet, so, question: The game looks amazing, can't wait to play it, but, is it challenging? I don't expect it to be as difficult as A Link To The Past, but was the entire game a breeze or were the challenging parts?

It's a breeze
You unlock Hero Mode at the end, but it's too far in the other direction
I still enjoyed it immensely though

What? It costs less to not make a box. That's how the world works.
Anyway I'm actually excited for Hyrule Warriors now because I've actually played a Dynasty Warriors game since it was announced and it was really fun!! A bit lacking in depth though, but I don't think that's what you go in for

Normal price for Japan
Protip don't try to convert prices unless you're actually going to import it
And you're not so

Here's the magazine page in question- http://www.zeldainformer.com/news/new-s ... .U3wApBG9KImpa looks to be keeping with her badass state in Skyward Sword, so I'm gonna guess at her playability. I'm hopeful the other races of Hyrule will be playable somewhere too. If that is the villainess Shia in the backfround she has kind of a True Form Ghirahim meets Majora thing going on, I like it. If Zelda is on the page it's too blury to tell

O yeah I'm totally for a reduced digital price Anybody that thinks they can charge over 60 for a standard game is insane though
