if it makes you feel better about only killing 'the ones that are annoying anyway' or whatever, most insects are barely intelligent enough to be sentient and their brain to action relationship is more like a robot executing a program than a living creature thinking and acting based on its thoughts

NOT THAT IT'S EVER OKAY TO SENSELESSLY KILL A ROBOT EITHER

That doesnt change the fact that its still a living thing, and it's intelligence doesn't give you justification for putting it down.

I like most bugs and I won't kill them but doing so is completely understandable and okay.
