i was planning to have subfactions of cliques
for example in the "Art Snob" clique there would be a stereotypical satanic/pagan black metal faction
everyone in the faction gets a perk called "Anarchist Cookbook" which gives them a bonus with all fire weapons and lets them build IEDs B)
