That looks really good! Maybe you could try upping the contrast between shades a little bit.

I would definitely recommend revisiting the shoes. They're really the one sour point in an otherwise very solid sprite.

I went ahead and made a couple of things.
First off, I was looking through my spriting projects and Gardevoir looked crappy, so I decided to redo the sprite. Here take a look:  I also sprited two variations of the Shoyru:  Just to remember how good my childhood was when playing Neopets.
