I believe they still do, but on good occasions only. Like sometimes FOX has sport games or any kind of events, they don't show any "Animation Domination" shows, including new episodes. But they are still showing new episodes, until sometime in 2009...

not after it went to commercial hell.
It was quite well done in terms of gross slapstick humor, but lost its way like most shows do nowadays.
