Eton approached the boy and stopped upon seeing the ensignia. He froze up. There was no way this kid could really be part of them, he was only fifteen, maybe sixteen. He didn't know what to think. All he could do is stare at him. the boy looked at Eton.

"So.....what are you going to do? Pout or actually.....do something?" He muttered. The boy recognized eton, but he knew eton didn't recognize him, it was a good thing too. Eton walked away and held his chin trying to wonder. He didn't know how to react. He was so young..and yet...


The innkeeper looked at Barbas.

"Room at the end of the hall." He said. "Make yourself at home."

Serene, feeling better, went up to see the boy. She saw the insignia and stepped back a couple feet. "You...you're from that clan...the one that killed my..." she said, still staring at the insignia. "This may be my chance, I could either get revenge, or ask him why they did it." she thought, anger pulsating through her mind, trying to hold herself from charging at the boy. "I can't just kill him yet...I need to know..."

"Wait!" he said to the departing figure. "Who are you?" he asked, knowing this being was much stronger than he. "What happened to this man?"

The boy lay on the ground, his sword in his hand gripped and clenched. as it had been. He looked at Syrene and coughed.

"Yea.....Black Horizon." He said finishing her sentence, this girl he did not recognize though.


Nosferatu turned around and looked at him.

"I killed him. And his steed." He said simply and then left and as he walked away, he seemed to dissolve into darkness and then vanished.

Barbas nodded, "Thank you." He said with a slight smile. He walked down the hall, looking for the room. "End of the hall.." He said to himself. He had finally got to the room, he looked at the door, before walking into the room. "Not bad." Said Barbas, looking around the room, and taking note of all the things inside.

Serene couldn't hold in her anger any longer. She ran up to him and picked him up by his shirt. "Why did your clan kill my family?!" she shouted at him, rage deep in her eyes, showing the girl who found her mother dying far back behind it all. "Why did your clan do such a thing to them! WHY?!" she yelled again, getting ready to punch him in the face

The boy looked at Serene and coughed.

"Are you going to kill me?" He asked her simply. He knew not the answer to why. All he could think to say was that. His eyes starred at hers. His reflected so much, sorrow, anger, uncertinty. Hers, pure hatred. He did not flinched but coughed blood.

Serene looked into his eyes, and put her fist down, and dropped him. "You don't know...do you..." she said, turning away from him and walking away. She stayed silent and sat down on the ground, starting at him. "He is lost...I don't blame him at all..." she thought, looking away

(( No offense Whim... But I don't think you're really keying into the personality you described Serene as... She seems more random, and not like a real person would be at all. Like she doesn't really have a personality. ))

The boy fell and then dropped on his back and coughed and looked at serene who was sitting down.

"So....you assume....I don't know....." He muttered and starred at the sky above as the snow continued to fall.

OOC: Her personallity is a little different at the moment, she's experiencing stress that is making her go crazy. It gets explained later.

"It was nothing" she said cheerily to Rana, she then looked around and saw that barbarian girl was alone by a tree, Eton and the pegasus knight stood beside the boy. The pegasus knight was clearly going through some type of stress, but she had a feeling that Eton would deal with it. "So how exactly do you do the mind talking?" she asked curiously.

She felt upon her edge, her eyes straying over to where Eton and the Black Horizon lout were. Silently brooding with gritted teeth, contemplating either killing him or holding back, the more she thought about it, the more it made her cringe, and she had always had a rather bad temperament. Fingers dug deep within the soft snow, her cheeks red like fiery embers. Her malevolent gaze never leaving their stuff position upon the boy.

"I... I just can." Rana looked towards the injured boy, and wondered what the insignia on his back was. Perhaps it was the reason for in the disturbing images...

Nechis continued walking, shaking his head. 'So that thing killed this man.' he thought. 'But why?' He didn't understand. What had the wyvern rider done to provoke the fiend? He kept his pace. He reached the top of a tall hill, which left him catching his breath. He observed his surroundings, and saw a group of people huddled around what looked like another person, far in the distance.
