I still don't get why people put Goku as the best character.
or am i reading the tier list wrong and just being stupid?

Good combo game with his aerials? Strongest spike in the game? Dthrow > UpB kamikaze kill-confirms at, like, 40%? Good mobility (if you know how to use him)? Heck, I'd challenge you to a match, me playing as  , but I encounter nothing but lag on online matches so I doubt it would accurately reflect skill. (That, and I'm not actually that good.)

I'll still argue that it is better to uair combo into up b from dthrow since dthrow>up b is so not guaranteed.  Decided to polish up my tier list a bit. Gonna list some of the more notable changes, like;  Bumped him up to high tier. I felt that he was criminally underrated in the first tier list. Decided to move him to Top 10. Dumb range, basically a wave land with F-Air while landing, got some good speed, you get the idea. I gave in and finally gave Megaman a second chance. Much better than I originally thought.  Tails is in that spot where I think he's worse than the ones above him, but better enough than the ones below him to be in his own tier in Top Tier.  & When people point out a character's flaws, they become a lot more apparent to me. These two were the main cases of this. No, Sandbag is not a good character. Please, keep in mind that this tier list is solely my opinion._________________give sonic a buff you clods

Luffy really isn't bottom tier imo. His tech chase game is on point and it's practically impossible to recover low against him, since he has that super long (albeit hurtbox'd) Dair spike. His recovery is good, too, since his down-b has armor and his up-b will just kill you if you don't respect it.
