After nearly every game, whether it be a win or a loss, after clicking next on the end game screen I get a black screen with the text message "Trouble Updating Finishing Status". This message will repeat several times a minute, and the only way out is to restart fully.

Known issue to the devs.

I'm sure that it's known, but how do I fix it? Why is this called Troubleshooting if all you do is say whether it is known or not, and not actually fix/troubleshoot anything?

I believe what he is saying is that it is an issue that is known and in the process of being dealt with.
For now however, as to my knowledge there is no remedy unless someone else knows of one.
