Eventually one of the other guys on the train takes matters into his own hand and throws the kid off the train. so the question here: assault or hero? i say hero - the kid was clearly in the wrong. but the media is warping it to seem more of an assault case :S _________________

The media usually warp these stories to make the kid always sound like the victim.
