1, Nobody really "found it" because it's been in here in like v0.9a, and 2, like Zeroor said, most Sonic players do not this, and it is not guaranteed.
Edit : ^^ For the Uthrow - UpB to Uair
Also Lite uses the Spindash to Bounce attack all of the time.

I don't think its best to place mods here especially of a updated sprite Sonic. I had a feeling before seeing the annotations that their was something different about Sonic. _________________

I normally use that from the opposite side of the stage to stagespike someone trying to recover. I can't get my reverse aerial out of that move though.
