Well anyways Nixter is probably one of the only viable suspects we have right now. His very mental force of trying to make people believe what he saying is right(despite all who oppose) and his way of trying to divert attention is disturbing. His actions as of now also represent his attitude of mafia 8 where he tried to act very over hyped. I really can't see the day going anywhere else or any new suspects cropping up. In fact the only thing we could have is possibly people accusing others of bandwagoning.

On Nixter:
Nixter has been looking like Neutral/Scum to me. He doesn't seem to be contributing an overall lot to the community, mostly restating what others have said. His overreacting can also be interpreted as either comedy or a scum getting angry. I'll consider the former in my discussion. He's also been diverting attention from himself a lot, trying to switch to the topic of Tid's death in an attempt to also draw suspicion onto the four of us(TOWK, Me, BB, Dephius) who disagreed with Tid's statement.

His personal meta, according to TOWK, is one of being excited as mafia(Pokemon mafia), or one of being calmer(Cave Story mafia). He's currently acting like the former, which makes my suspicion eminent.
His recent responses to TOWK's pressure only heighten the thought of him being scum to me. Seriously? Joking around? Vague replies? Not answering straight to the point? Changing topics?
There's no point in holding my vote back any longer.

Well, perhaps I should have waited for a general consensus on the Nixter issue before voting, but I really don't see the point of withholding a vote if I believe he's scum, which I do.
So about Nixter's claim. Vanilla Townie is possibly the easiest thing to claim, because you can't exactly counter claim a VT. I believe they call this a "best worst case scenario", meaning if we lynch him and he's lying, no harm done and we eliminate a scum. If we lynch him and he's telling the truth, at least no power roles were lost. Also, to me his early claim (he only has 3 votes) seems like a scum reacting a little too defensively.

@Deph, you said Nixter is your primary FoS, but didn't really say anything else. Care to share more thoughts?

Actually, his claim IMO has made me less suspicious of him.

The Mafia KNOWS which roles are in the game, and WHICH ONES ARE NOT. They picked those roles themselves.

Why would a Mafia not use one of their three safe-claims? Why would they make themselves a more "safe" lynch option with no useful ability that could be lost?

Is it an oversight on Nixter's part? Is he really what he claims to be? Or did he purposely choose to claim that he has no power, wanting us to think that his behavior is different from that of a Mafia (who could have claimed a Power-Role)?

As I've said previously, I'm not sure how to handle this situation. IMO we can't do much better than take educated stabs in the dark.

Because if he claimed one of the roles they had picked, he would be immediately CC'd resulting in instant demise. Vanilla Townie was the safest claim for him.

IIRC there are 5 roles available (could be 6, not sure). Let's call them A, B, C, D, and E. Suppose A , C, and D were picked. This means Mafia has B and E as safe-claim.

Lets say A, C, and D were determined very likely picked by us at the beginning of the game. If he claimed B or E, which we dont think were picked, we would call him out on his BS and possibly lynch him anyways. There are 3 VT's still left in the game. VT is a much more believable/safe claim.
