By that I mean, how to become the bag.
The few things we know that C L E O D - B O T told us;

With "The Creators," he could either mean the SSF2 Dev Team, or Master / Crazy Hand. Or maybe someone else, who knows. But we obviously need them somehow.

If his words are telling the truth, we need to find the Sandbag that CLEOD-BOT possessed somehow and defeat...whoever "They" are. Maybe "The Creators" are the ones we need to defeat? Maybe something else? Who knows.
Maybe as we delve further into the mystery of the Bag, maybe the Bot of Bots himself will shed more info when he can.

I've been thinking seriously lately about whether or not Sandbag could be competitively viable.
At first I thought his inability to grab ledges would hamper him too much, but then I remembered that edgehogging is the rule and not the exception, so it might not actually make much of a difference.
Also, his unique walking physics remind me of Swerve Star in Kirby Air Ride; it's a pain to get used to because turning around takes an extra command, but once that's licked, it's a pretty good vehicle.

I wonder...
