Problems with Logging in

Hello! I'm new in this forum because I want to try this game, but for some reason I can't log in there: http://mgn.mcleodgaming.com/login?redirect=/account/ and I'm pretty sure the problem is not my username or the password, because I've logged out and logged in here to confirm if it was my mistake for typing bad, but I could do it in the first try. Even when I selected the option to change my password, it didn't work either with my username nor my e-mail. I don't know what I can do. I've waited for an hour, and it's still happening. :hmph:
