I think SSF2 custom oves like this. I'm gonna give example from :sonic:

Normal Down B: Spin Dash
Custom Move: Spin Charge

Is anyone agree with me?

in smash 4 sonic has two spin dash special moves, spin dash and spin charge.
spin dash was the side special and it had a little hop during the beginning of the move
spin charge is...spin charge. it's just down special. this actually has a charge rather than instant dashing spin dash.

i already know that :P
except both spin dashes are chargeable actually. its how you charge is different.

besides spin dash's short hop and the different charging method, both spin dashes are the same.

A better custom move would be Sonic Wave or something.

When you say "spin throw", do you mean from Super Mario 64 (aka his current back throw)?
Also :kirby:'s s special is the hammer flip (I wish it was burning) (The move where kirby flips while swinging his hammer, his side special in the air in melee, is the hammer somersault)

by spin throw, i mean super mario odyssey's motion control cappy throw.
also, kirby's side special is the normal hammer, the hammer flip is the flaming chargeable version. see i know my kirby
