Better, but you can remove the shading on the upper part of the spines entirely to empathise the lightsource. I made a mock-up of what I mean to show you; Also, remember to keep your outlines clean and even, you had some jaggy pixels in a couple of parts.

That's the lineart after I edited your sprite. Take a look at the spikes in the outline of your latest version of the sprite and compare the two (the spikes in particular), I think you'll see what I mean.

Does somebody knows how to make "Good" Spee blur efects? Or where can I find a Tutorial? Here's a Slow version Those sprites aren't finished yet, They're lacking Shadows

It didn't helped too much because it gave me effects for Hi-res images, Not Pixelart. It was pretty funny, I didn't had a good laugh in days.

I'm not trying to get this into SSF2 but I think that kind of effect should be applied in Flash Well, It actually is better compared to the older version (October 23) Thanks.

Yes, He did. Well, You can see in the Current Version the effects that they added onto Sonic's SideB, Or his Spindash
