I hate Rise's different voice but I'm a sucker for music games and I love the P4 soundtrack so I got it anyway. I'm honestly loving it.
I actually bothered to play through the story mode, which is surprisingly okay compared to the god awful Arena stories.
It did make me sad seeing the ending, pretty much confirming that this is the end of P4 and we're moving on to P5 now. P3 and 4 are two of my all-time favorite games and although P4 should've ended a while ago, it's a bit sad to see them go.

the weird thing about Rise's new voice actress is that the lines are really really awkward and it makes it even worse
she constantly says stuff like "that's my kanji! (explains Kanji's personality)" as if she's just a stand-in for the old Rise and is trying her hardest to look real
it's hard to explain but it's.. not good

To be fair though every character has lines like that but I get it yeah. It's just not right to have anyone but Laura.

every now and then they do "That's my (insert character)" but Rise is the only one that seems to fully explain the personality

So warning if you decide to buy the Marie DLC, it's just for 1 song.
I had assumed that it would've made her playable in most or all songs as a partner since it's 5 bucks compared to the normal 1 dollar for a song... I was wrong.
