I am currently in part 5. not enjoying it that much, and drawings are strangely hard to understand sometimes. But it's not bad at all, and i'm not skipping it just for the fact that i like giorno

My favourite parts were 3 and 4. Part 3 is the most iconic of the series, and all it's characters and fights were original and memorable. Specially the battle with Dio. That was the best fight in the entire series for me so far

part 4 was pure coolness.

part 6 is my favourite
im on 7 but i stopped reading because i wasn't really liking it. i'll finish it sometime
i probably enjoyed part 5 more than i should have

yeah, I almost dropped part 5 in the battle with man in the mirror. It was so boring

im currently in the part where they're inside a turtle and some of them turn old because of the SHADOW DUDE'S stand

Well hey I finished Part 3 today

I feel like the "monster of the week" format made it a little hit and miss but the great parts were great and the not so great parts were still alright

Part 3's formula makes it easier to read though

You can just say "okay, I'll read until the end of this fight" and there you go, you've got starting and stopping points for the whole series

Part III was the first place where I almost quit. Around the Arabia Fats/The Sun part.

The other places where I nearly quit were Part VI and Part VII. Especially Part VII since I quit halfway through, caught up with JoJolion and waited a year before actually finishing it.

My favorite parts are Battle Tendency, Diamond is Unbreakable and JoJolion. I like the strategists and the cool-headed JoJos.

Also, Phantom Blood was nice and short. How does one not finish something so short and epic? I know the art style is a bit weird, but it's not nearly as bad as his older stuff, like Gorgeous Irene.

So, I finished Stone Ocean (Part 6) and I'm pretty disappointed with the ending.

Pucci gets super fast and just starts owning the entire cast, including Jotaro and faster than light time stopping Star Platinum, kills almost EVERYBODY, and is finally done in by PIS s***. This results in a alternate universe with all the dead characters as different people. It just sucks that all the parts before mean nothing now.
I thought Giorno was gonna come in and save the day with GER (he was in the f*** state of Florida at the time), but no, Araki decided that the day would be saved by an 11 year old kid that isn't even a Joestar!

Maybe it'll grow on me in the future, but right now, it's my least favorite part.

I'm currently reading Steel Ball Run myself. So far I've only read the parts that I found interesting in one way or another (mostly based on the characters that appeared in ASB); Phantom Blood, Battle Tendency, Stardust Crusaders, Stone Ocean and Steel Ball Run. I'm really loving Steel Ball Run so far but I'm not looking forward to the last part. This is because my favourite character is Gyro Zeppeli, and Araki has a (battle) tendency to always kill the Zeppeli; Will Zeppeli, Ceaser Zeppeli and imo Kakyoin was the Part 3 Zepelli. I'm certain that at one point or another Gyro will also get the boot but I really like him.

Why the f*** would you skip parts?
