His body is tiny and his eyes are not good proportion wise. Basically doesn't really look like Charizard.

i tried to add the arm, and im having trouble with the fingers.... any idea on how to fix them?
EDIT: oh yeah, and i fixed some of the shading on the neck and head.

i think i see what you mean, but idk, any better? also, i fixed eyes on both the longer mouth, and short mouth, so they will look the same.
EDIT: if not, i made another modification, i think. any better? EDIT2: nvm.....
