What were your favourite games released last year

I didn’t have a chance to play a lot of 2018 games this year, but Mega Man 11 kicks a**

Smash Ultimate, The Messenger, Assassin's Creed Odyssey, Red Dead Redemption 2, Spider-Man, super Mario party, Hollow Knight (if ports count as games, same for the next one), Undertale, Celeste, Mega Man 11, also heck sonic Mania Plus.

Ultimate is my GOTY, and really there was never any chance it wouldn't be

The best things I played outside of that were the Spyro remakes and Deltarune

Also enjoyed Iconoclasts, Minit and Shadow of the Colossus

Need to play Celeste before Void murders me. Def want to do Crosscode too but those will probably have to wait until after Kingdom Hearts. Didn't get to Kirby, Messenger or WarioWare either but I want to

Ultimate and MHW are probably my highlights. Sonic Mania Plus too if we're counting expansions

Other than that didn't really play much that was released last year. Wanted to play WarioWare Gold but lost the auction for it. If RDR2 ever comes to PC I'll probably enjoy that too seeing as I love RDR1 to hell and back

I spent more time playing monster hunter generations ultimate than world lol

^If I had a Switch I would be too lol. Still pissed they didn't localize it for the 3DS as well (which is weird considering XX was originally on the 3DS to begin with but oh well)

I spent the majority of 2018 still playing Breath of the Wild. Sonic Mania Plus was also super fun imo, and Smash Ultimate of course.

I also played the Spectre Knight campaign in Shovel Knight but I feel very neutral about it lol.

Ultimate obviously. Waluigi or not, it's an absolute unit of a game. (not that i could afford it but i've seen enough of it to judge lol)

Smash Bros. Ultimate of course.

Besides that, I enjoy Let's Go, Eevee over the past few days.

really? i freakin loooooooved the spectre knight campaign, it was by far my fav of the three. maybe it’s just me but i found spectre to be the most likeable of the three playable characters so far. the other two campaigns are fantastic as well but spectre knight’s was soooo good. which one is your fav then? lol

I liked Specter and shovel Knight's campaigns equally and was ehh about plague knight.

I've been pretty busy this year so I really didn't play more than a few games. For games that came out this year I think I only played Hollow Knight (didn't have it on PC), Monster Hunter GU, Red Dead 2 (but only like 10ish hours so far) and Smash Ultimate. Before my drums broke I still played a ton of Rock Band 4, but I wanna say MHGU is what I played the most. I wanted to get the new God of War and Spiderman but time and money has been extremely limited.
