Synkus agrees and walks into his cabin with her.

"I'm a trainer," he said, guessing what was coming next. "and thanks for the help."

After a few minutes the commotion outside dies down. The woman thanks Synkus and leaves.

Adding, "Hope to see you around."

"Your welcome, and we should battle sometime."

With that he gets up and walks away.

A little dissapointed at not being challenged, Jason wandered around until he found the pokemon center. He entered, then walked to the Lady at the counter.
"Is there any more space available for trainers?" he asked.

Synkus shrugs those final words off, backs his bags and leaves his cabin too.

He walks outside of the ship, hoping to find if any of those rumours were true.

Kitten

The Joy behind the counter looks worn out.

"Pick a chair."

She wildly jesters with her arms.

THawt

The town looks... plain. Nothing stands out save for a few pink bird pokemon fluttering here and there, and a few pokemon along the beach that appear to balls with kelp looking antenna.

"Oh... oh! Well then you need a pokemon and a pokedex don't you? Ezzie! We need a Atlantica-dex pronto! Follow me, please."

She guides Jessica to a room with three pokeballs.

"Pick one you'd like, just read the descriptor tags."

"...Hmm..", Synkus exclaims, observing the antenna Pokemon. He walks over to them. "Go, Munchlax!", he says.

Jason frowned. "Oh, wow, I get the royal treatment." He sat down on a chair and sat thinking about this new continent, and what to do next. After what seemed like an eternity, he drifted off to sleep.

Jason woke up after only a few minutes. He wandered outside, and decided to try his hand at capturing some of the local pokemon. He began to walk down towards the beach.

THawt

A few of them react by standing on their four tiny feet, and wobbling away. The rest seem to ignore the imposing threat.

A younger version of Professor Cotton appears form somewhere else in the lab. Her hair is cut to shoulder length and wears more travel suited clothing.

"Here we are. Now the pokedex is for the young lady over there, Ezzie." Cotton Says.

Ezzie drones, "Hello. I'm Ezzie.*sigh*. If you have questions you can ask me."
She hands the pokedex to Jessica whispering, "I'll be outside if you do."

Meowkers

Along the beach, away from the town there are the usual pokemon. Krabby, Shelder, Shukle, Shellos. And then the not-so-everyday pokemon. A large pink flamingo like pokemon wading in the water, the balls with kelp antenna, and the wisp of sand that seems to be laughing.

ooc: I know, he only slept for a few minutes.

Jason reached into his pocket. He threw Dratinis Pokeball towards the flamingo-like pokemon. Dratini popped out. She was about 4 or 5 feet long, the average length for her species at this age. She had eyes that gleamed with intelligence, and her scales glimmered in the sun. At Jason's command, she leapt towards the flamingo, and tried to wrap herself around it.

The Grey haired man from before passes by Jessica.

Cotton greets him, "Dusk, long time no see! The General was looking for you."

"I know Lucy, he set me here to get..." He is cut off by the closing door.

Ezzie is outside playing with an odd looking Yamina, and a Large white 'Gorilla-Bear'.

Purrr-fect

The pokemon gargles it's name, "Gaaaaaagoose!" As it sweeps its wing through the sand, and the sand in to Dratini's face. Dratini crashes into the water.

Synkus pulls out his Pokedex. "No Data Available", it reads. "..I need to get this upgraded.."

"Munchlax, Take Down!", he commands, as Munchlax dives at one of the Pokemon.

Dratini sends a school of tiny fish scurrieng through the water as she lands. She quickly rights herself, and charges at Gagoos with it's head lowered, aiming for it's stomach.

THawt

The pokemon takes the hit, but seems to be ingrained in the soil. It begins to fire a slew of bubbles at munchlax, causing the remainder of the kelp balls to move away.

Mr. Whiskerston

The Gagoose hurls a glob of mud at Dratini slowing her and lessening the impact it received. And with dratini so close gagoose begins to unleash a flurry of attacks with it's beak.

The voice of the kid from before comes up from behind Jason, "Wow, taking on an evolved pokemon? Courageous."
