I also made her taller and cleaned up the hem of her tunic a little, among other things.
something seems off with her pose but I'll get to that later.

that's loads better, but i still have a few minor and major nitpicks
1. the skin tone. it's way too white, i'd probably give it marth's skin tone colour.
2. both of the cuffs at the end of the sleeves aren't really distinguishable from pieces of tissue. no offense.
3. the scarf is also not really distinguishable from the hair, although it's more distinguishable than the tiss---i mean the cuffs.

i edited your sprite to fix some of the problems, as listed below.

improved colours and skin tones.
fixed hair based on FE:A
touched up some details on her outfit
added some... body features, i'll say
touched up golden hairband.

and that's about it, i think, keep going with your sprites, they're pretty good!

1. I did add a little melanin no, but I did make her skin darker, but if it's still too bright lemme know.
2. I don't really get what you're saying here but, no offence taken!
3. I did add an outline to her hair coming down onto her chest, whilst also making the cape darker.



Edit: Important note, I am not critiquing you here. I am looking at what you're saying as suggestions and replying.

2. I do see what you're going for but I personally think the spikes are a bit much.
4. I'm not really sure what you did for "body features". I did overlay mine and yours and saw there are a few extra pixels near the hip and chest so I have a decent idea. and Lucina is pretty flat in the chest compartment so there's no need for improvement there lol.

Looking good! Great hues in your palette.

I'd love to see a couple more pixels given to the jet boots, they're a little small right now and some more room could give you space to do lots of fun things with the boots' details.
Neck looks a little long, might be worth trying the head a pixel or two lower.

i'm not going to start sounding like a broken record here, but as always, looks great, needs a bit of an edit in the colour department.
also the knees and elbows look a bit too curved for a skintight outfit

Could you do some sprites for Sakura Kasugano from the Street Fighter series? I do want a Street Fighter character in Smash.

You can't be that thicc and agile at the same time. I don't buy it.
