Someone posted at 9:05 AM today, so I replied to him...at 6:12 AM. Thus it put my post, which quotes the other person's post, before the other person's actual post, if that makes any sense.
EDIT: And as of posting this, this topic was apparently posted before the "topic idea" topic above it was locked, while I definitely posted this one afterwards.
EDIT2: And the forum always thinks that the posts I've read that were posted "after" my current time are new, so I can't mark them read, not even with the "Mark topics read" button.

Okay I have this same problem. I just posted something after the user Kirbs posted but my message goes above of his. And in that same topic, some guy posted his welcome and Ramsey replied to it, and Ramsey's message is above the guy who made the topic's message (the guy who welcomed himself) Most probably this is happening because of that server fix or something that Cleod did...

The post order being screwed up probably isn't something that can be fixed, since I don't think there's a way to change what time (the forum thinks) something was posted
Being unable to mark topics as read should fix itself when the time goes past when the forum thinks it was posted
