You can submit clips that have been used elsewhere as long as they're yours!

I might actually have time to be a part of this. I suppose that the majority of people are going to have trouble dealing with watermarks and frame skipping since they probably don't have a whole lot of video editing experience.

You don't need video editing experience to record decently x.x
