make Sandbag's Up-B not damage himself, and knockback only increases if you keep using it, he also won't die from using it.

All Luffy's attacks have infinite range.
Also Sandbag cannot be KO'd unless you use inhale and copy him off the stage.

Im gonna try something simple, yet significant for :

you cannot DI any of his throws. any of them. What this means:

Uthrow comboes into basically anything that hits far above Sandbag within a decent amount of time, including up-b
Dthrow comboes into anything can can hit under, above or inside sandbag, including up-b
Bthrow is like the second strongest bthrow iirc and i'm pretty sure it's beat by Samus only on heavies due to the headstart in length
and we all know fthrow

No seriously. That's all it'd take to break him. If you don't DI his kills throws up and his combo throw horizontally, you're going to die at like 40% for sure.

Give a throw where he swallows you and becomes your body-bag.
