... really? I am still with 3rd gen I got that in umm *recollects* 2005ish and besides4th gen came around 2008ish (I knew about it finnaly in 09) then it wouldn't be THAT long of a wait... compared to ssf1 to ssf2 the wait is actually miniscule it seems

Even though I am a pokefan, I'm also wondering "When is it going to end?" But that means that Pokemon Adventures manga will end as well.

When will the next console come out since the 5th gen game is announced?

They won't make a main game for the consoles. They'll only make new Pokemon generations on handhelds.
