1940 and wears a katana? That's incredibly dumb with the inventions of guns, and not to mention how much he sticks out.

And what's so good about slicing your opponent in half? Seeing the corpse ridden with holes, maybe blown apart by explosive rounds, sounds a whole lot more gratifying, and cheap.

He would have cops chasing him all the time, and even if you hypnowhatever them there'll still be more, and it would only be a matter of time before he's doused with knockout gas so scientists can study his abilities.
