I'm not sure if anyone else is having this issue, or if it can be fixed, but for some reason, the check box by name is glitchy for in the fact that it refuses to function properly. Before I log in, I check the check box for said action. I close out of browser, and it shows that I logged out when in actuality, I never did so. Not sure if this is happening to anyone else or if I'm just incompetent, but I was wondering if anyone has this problem and/or if it can be fixed.

It's true it's likely a browser issue, you'll need to make sure cookies are enabled in your browser, and ensure they aren't blocked for this website. Also make sure that the cookies are not set to be cleared upon closing the browser, which is another possibility
