X/Y had some good stuff when it came to breeding mechanics

while the competitive play itself is rather stale, it's very easy to get into.


plus lots and lots of Pokemon. i just wish it focused a little more on itself than gen 1. they nailed it with B2/W2 with a mix between new and old Pokemon.

i couldn't really get into x/y but it was mainly because of the aesthetics. i like sprites more than models in general anyway so to be convinced they would have had to have gone all out and they.... definitely didn't lol

Well the 3DS in general doesn't help

They finally decided to go full 3D but the screen resolution is terrible so it's like what's the point

They should have just kept the sprites and used some layering for the 3D. Should have left going full 3D models until Nintendo makes something as good as the Vita

Then again they can't even get Pokémon battles to run at a steady framerate so lol

No offense, even though the 3ds is lacking, the vita isn't something anyone should be proud of, nintendo should try to not make a vita and actually make a good handheld console.

don't s*** me and say the 3DS is a "better console" when it's not at GameCube level and Vita is beyond PS2 level

Vita still isn't that good, are graphics really all people care about these days. Seriously i love the psp but the vita is, underwhelming entirely.

"GRAPHICS AREN'T EVERYTHING" is not a valid argument when the power of the console is being discussed and not the library

Then why is the vita so underwhelming despite all this "Power" it has, -_- please explain in full depth, cause i don't see many promising things from it. I just don't think the 3d is the problem with pokemon mainly, it's more or less how they presented this game, which imo is beyond casual, i doubt as many people would dislike the 3d transistion if it wasn't made for people who never played a rpg before.

nobody is saying the Vita is not underwhelming. nobody is saying graphics = sales. nobody is arguing that the Vita is better or worse

all that was said was pretty much "graphics in this game look bad, would look better on the Vita"

I think it would look even better on a main console if you're trying to say what pokemon would look best in. You are confusing me as well, why would you reply to someone if you don't understand the topic of discussion?

In graphics yes it would, but gameplay wise, pokemon would do vastly better on the 3ds. Also i didn't ask a funny question, unless you're trying to bait me or something, cause that was a serious question.
