Just browse the alternate special attack for any character like that.  Neutral B 1: Energy ball blaster (default). The normal one that shoots slowly with a slight vertical knockback. Neutral B 2: Energy ball blaster (chargeable). This functions like Lucario's neutral-b, but Tails can walk around the stage. Neutral B 3: Energy ball blaster (spameable). I think the rapid blaster should have more endlag because its a combo tool.

Be nice if Samus had some kind of ice weaponry, an Ice Beam or Ice Missile, considering the prominence of ice weapons in the Metroid series.
