I hope Amsa makes it into the top 8; he almost did at apex. @C-Mill I kinda feel that way as well, but some of my friends want to play so I have to watch videos on how to play the characters right. I don't have a SD card yet so I can't improve. _________________

The size of SD card you need for PM costs barely anything though
Just had a look and they cost about as much as I spend on my lunch

final destination is the "most fair" stage which is why people pick it
and a lot of people used fox too

it's a meme even in comp, a lot of people either dont like FD or are known for being extremely good on FD, causing their opponent to never pick it. fox v fox on FD is pretty rare.
though at apex this year, in the doubles tourney, there was an actual fox/fox v fox/fox on final destination, which was hilarious. when all players switched to fox there were lots of people shouting out for them to pick final destination

I don't play Smash competitively so I may not know what I'm talking about but I don't really like FD much because it being totally flat gives projectiles an advantage
always preferred Battlefield for a "fair" stage to use

Yeah, Battlefield is considered the most fair stage, while FD is one of the least fair of the legal stages. It's more because some characters can get destroyed when there aren't platforms around though.

apparently in the Japanese scene the only legal stages are FD, Battlefield and Smashville lmao

some projectile characters actually do better w/ platforms than without, because of stuff like missile cancelling
but i still prefer fd to battlefield because battlefield has disgusting ledges

I prefer FD to Battlefield only because I get yelled at incessantly for using platforms to my advantage.
Oh, and it's pretty knighly, I guess. With all the flat space with not interruptions and all. Definitely a place for a good ol' grudge match.
