Team Sonic's Team Blast Was called "Sonic Overdrive".I'll make sure to upload a video.
During the duration of the Team Blast,Sonic was able to do the Light Speed Attack when near an enemy(you had to Press the B Button(I only played the GCN version)while in mid air to activate it.

Actually, people do care about Cooby's opinion. Even you do up to some degree, hence why you take the 'time and effort' (not much involved in an online forum, but still...) to reply on it.

As for Cooby's opinion: I can understand that you dislike the game, but for me it's kinda nostalgic. Sonic Heroes was one of my first PS2 games, as well as one of my first Sonic games (Sonic the Hedgehog 3 and Sonic Battle 2 were the first IIRC).

Sonic Heroes was alright, got boring after beating the true ending, but what Sonic game doesn't? Though honestly everything after SA2B got boring way before the true ending (Or the normal ending for that matter. Even Heroes got boring after beating 3 or so teams.)

Imagine Brawl with only Snake and Meta Knight. That's Sonic Battle pretty much. The concept of the game is good I guess for a Sonic fighting game. But the gameplay is bad. Each character only has 1 combo with few variations. So you're pretty much spamming the same combo over and over.

If they were make a sequal (Which they won't. *sigh*), they should add much more attacks so the game could be more technical. It could be a really good game like that.

No. I think Sonic Advance 3's story kind of continues after Sonic Battle, but Sonic Battle has no true sequel.

And Sonic Chronicles was abomination to the world of rpg's.
