Ironically, ice cream without toppings and stuff is actually Healthy why? well... see below

2-It makes you happy (I actually forgot where the part of the brain is, but, ice cream activates that part, I would do a quick google search now but I'm lazy.)

even that, you can add vanilla extract to the ice cream which is also healthy, or simple eat low fat ice cream/non diary ice cream

Pokemon Trainer, sounds more fun and from what I've seen in the anime and games, it's all lot safer than you would think.
