Bomberman on Smashville is absolutely terrifying.

Bomberman anywhere is terrifying. He's literally the Batman of the SSF2 cast where 80% of his game is pure psychological terror on the part of the opponent and exploiting it.

The problem is many Bombermans turn out to be Robin instead :3

Bomberman has this weird dynamic where the more and better bombs he lays, the less likely he is to detonate them. I think the response to this dynamic is to then just lay a lot of small bombs and detonate frequently. What do you guys think?

@ Code: Yeah it's probably cause they don't want to waste the bombs that took them forever to charge and quickly making smaller bombs for quick detonations is almost always a better option.

I meant Batman's sidekick Robin lol. As in Bomber can be psychologically terrifying but if they don't deliver they turn out to not be the Batman.

I like to crouch for a bit before blowing up bombs (just enough for them to notice when I crouch I'm about to detonate) in the beginning of a match so my opponent picks up on that and starts shielding when I crouch from fear of getting hit. Then I can f*** with them by just crouching for the rest of the game. lol

I just like to juggle people with bombs.

Yeah not gonna lie I'm like 90% sure Joeys bomberman is better than mine. I'm not aware of too many mains for him but Joey is probably the best one.

Bomberman's bombs should blow him up. It would be awesome for recoveries! Kinda like Snake, you know? Just much less powerful. So instead of using second jump (which is very VERY important for bbm in recoveries) you could drop a bomb underneath yourself and pop it to stall. Kain also pointed out that it's kinda unfair to have such great stage control with no time limit on the bombs or anything. Should at least have to worry about blowing himself up too. Seems kinda like a gimp though so maybe at the trade off of bombs charging slightly faster (start up and planting/throwing time should remain the same though). So instead of controlling the stage with many small bombs he could use bigger ones more often at the cost of having to worry about blowing himself up too. Would possibly make him less of a run away and plant bombs kinda guy and turn him into a play offensively and go for the big bomb finish kinda guy. He can do that now but it's kinda hard to get p bombs out mid stock. Much easier to run around and litter the field with small ones
