Before you tell me that this was in an announcement in this board, I did the steps and it still doesn't work. I'm doing this on a Samsung Chromebook from school, and whenever I try to start the game up, it just hangs on 100%, forever loading.

Probably a school problem. The school may block the executable.

I'm not at school tho.

I'm just guessing here, but maybe the Chromebook's settings, set by the school won't allow it to run.
I'm pretty sure fellow SSF2 player Doof, had this problem. But i'm sure it was his OWN computer.

Well, I tried playing another Flash game (Super Mario Bros. Crossover) at school, and it worked. I doubt they wanted to turn off that game specifically.

I'm on an acer, and the same happens to me. Try changing the flash settings of your chromebook.
