Little macs neutral b move is useless because it's way too predictable and very easy to shield grab.

That works but still I feel like it takes to long to charge up all the way regardless. I feel like it still to predictable . _________________

Does anyone feel that Jigglypuff is a bit flawed in smash 4 compared to how it was in melee?

Well its not like it is in Melee so of course. Though it is not susceptible to as many combos like in Melee, it can't kill effectively or combo as much as it did in Melee. Also due to most characters ridiculous recoveries so its gimping game is not as effective. _________________

I think leaf shield is useless. Also, am I the only one who wants to have Alt. B specials for Ryu based off of Ken and Akuma. Seeing Ken's moves will be much faster to pull off, especially his multi-hit hurricane kick.

I wasn't saying just about how long it takes if you don't charge it up very long you don't go anywhere and it's Very predictable. Roy's neutral b is not anything like little macs he has extremely low cool down and is great to use for spacing and kills pretty decently at high percents. _________________

You think wrong my friend. In fact it's one of his more useful moves. Sorta like qbit said about mindgames. Nobody uses it, so use it and the other player will get confused. It's not good as a projectile, but use down-b to punish people who roll into you. Use it off the stage to ledge guard and cancel the other player's recovery. It's very very useful, you just have to think.
