Jellybean and Bomono are solid Tails players.
Also Tails has lost a tier or two in 9b IMO so don't worry about it.
Just watch replays and analyse your match-ups and you should be up to speed again.

I can do much of Tails' tech correctly most times, even online in lag. But I don't really have experience with playing Tails. And not super interested in using him either, but he has a ton of top-tier potential. He still has much to evolve into. I'll try to pick him up in the new patch, along with Goku.

This will mark the end of this current patch for SSF2 9b. I wasn't able to record every fight, but the lost recordings will offer a negligible difference to the statistics. Final win count: 323 / loss count: 91 losses, thus, the final winrate is 78%. That's 5 percentage points higher than my original prediction.

A couple of bonus stats would be my highest win and loss count to a single player. DescendedSun has beaten me the most with 6-13 as my record against him. Yes proto, I'm aware I haven't beaten you yet, but this is based on raw loss count not frequency of losses, as there are others whom I have not yet beaten either. Mr. Sprite suffered the most trouble with 11-1 recorded...I could have sworn he/she won more than that...

To those whom I've not had a chance to fight since the inception of online play, I'm sorry we haven't had the pleasure (game-spidr, bigmouthcreator, trickmew, some dude named maxpower). Let us see what the next patch brings our way.
