It's used as a response to really stubborn old people that really likes saying millennials and s*** about how they're ruining everything, the "millennials" tries to explain but the "boomers" ignore it, leading to this response to just stop their arguments, and somehow it's actually working.

I can't speak for everyone but I worked at a grocery store and I can promise you the boomers are the most disrespectful generation on average by a wide margin

in the US at least most boomers are likely to be rich assholes because they're the ones who can actually afford healthcare and grow old
