I'm making a flash animation for school, and I was just wondering if there's any easy way to make a rain effect cover the screen? I'm not pro with flash but I understand motion paths, movie clips and the like.

Im pretty sure if you check the MG archives in the flash section that I wrote a tutorial in there for this and it was made better by Nac i think - if you cant find it then let me know and Ill dig it out for you.

it was not "better", it was less laggier...
your version made a Check for every movieclip ever created (so it made the movie slower and slower), mine kept track only of the created movieclips which were still in scene.
