I'm with falcon boy on this one. No one is asking you to forget about your loved ones or to try and ignore that they existed.

People dying is a part of life and it sucks. Some people it takes years to get over losses. But after 13 years if you're still mourning, that is what therapists are for. It isn't healthy to mourn anything for that long and it's ok to need help to get over losing someone you loved.

Reminder that this all came from someone saying "9/11 never forget"

Similar to day of the dead, it's just a day of mourning and rememberance for a lot of people. Y'all need to chill.
